For nearly thirty years I've worked inside the machinery of modern technology — as Chief Digital Advisor at Microsoft, across fourteen years at IBM, as Asia Technology Leader at Dun & Bradstreet, and on a sabbatical helping build Aadhaar, the largest digital identity system on earth. I've seen what technology can do — and exactly where it quietly breaks.

What I do now is help leaders, boards and audiences make sense of what's coming: AI, digital public infrastructure, the future of money. Without the jargon, the hype, or the fifty-slide snooze.
